Balance Sheet 31 Oct 2017

This is the balance sheet as at the 31st October 2017.  It has been prepared for the General Meeting on 11th November.

Please note that the Donations Account shows a balance of $1440 which is incorrect.  $1420 was transferred from our PayPal account to the Donations Account instead of the Admin Account by mistake.  This has since been rectified.  There is now a $20 balance in the Donations Account which is the amount donated by the Bethanga Store owner to Oatsey.

It should also be noted that despite the level of cash held at present may appear high, we have yet to pay for the orders for merchandise that have been ordered.  We also have to pay out expenses relating to the forthcoming ride.
