In applying to become a member of Ride4Life Incorporated, I agree to the following:-

• I support the purposes of the organisation which are detailed in the Model Rules as:- "The purpose of the Association will be to raise awareness around mental health, mental illness and suicide prevention and to run motorcycle rides to raise funds for Lifeline and other beneficiaries associated with mental health."
• I agree to comply with the Model Rules a copy of which are on the Associations website under the Members Menu item or can be accessed here by going to Model Rules.
• I agree to receive information and notices from the Association by email and to have my name added to the Associations mailing list.
• I agree to having my name and contact details published in the Memberhsip list on the website. (This list is only available to other members who have signed into the site.)
